Tamu African Fitness is the fitness program that use Traditional drumming, Unique African style and dance for body exercises. Before we were running this program with partnership of France cultural Centre at alliance Francaise Dar es Salaam Upanga for free. Currently we swiched to our Community art Centre at Gezajuu, Kigamboni.
The aim of this fitness is to promote traditional activities and reach out to others campanies and corporate organizations, hotels and individual for raising fund that supports Our Ngo’s missions that’s why we have decided to offer it as a service.
All income will be directed to our organization which is located at Gezaulole Kigamboni to support the activities and operations
Free Tamu African Fitness
It is a 1-hour open African Fitness program every Thursdays from 17:00 – 18:00 hours at the Shine Africa Community Art Centre, Gezaulole, Kigambon, Dar es Salaam . In this session everyone is invite, it doesn’t matter individuals, companies, Organizations, Families or any special group that intend to practice in a different unique African way with our professional instructors. There is no charges on this session
Corporate Tamu African Fitness
It is a specific 1 to 2hrs a day African Fitness program for companies, Organizations, Families or any special group that intend to practice in a different unique African way with our professional instructors.
This is a to site program where we visit our clients to their specific venue and time after discussions. Clients will be charged for a specific session.
Online Tamu African Fitness
It is a specific 30 minutes to 2hrs online African Fitness program for those who are not is the country or their time table are tight, it can be Individuals, companies, Organizations, Families or any special group that intend to practice in a different unique African way with our professional instructors. This is an online streaming program where clients can practice with us through online after book us. Clients will be charged for a specific session.
